Reese's Eggs

1. Combine 3/4 cup peanut butter (drippier is better), 1 cup powdered sugar, sprinkles, and 2 tbs melted butter. If you’d like a less sweet version, you can also substitute some or all of the powdered sugar for crushed graham crackers.
2. Roll into egg shapes and freeze on parchment paper for at least 15 minutes.
3. Melt 1 cup chocolate chips with 1-2 tbs coconut oil to thin. Dip the frozen peanut butter eggs into the chocolate and freeze for 15 more minutes. Option to add a chocolate drizzle and freeze for 5 more minutes if you’d like.
3. These are delicious to serve chilled — enjoy!
